I’m a former Miss South Africa and Miss Universe runner-up who transitioned into a career as a television presenter — a journey that’s kept me on screen for almost two decades. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of hosting some of South Africa’s most beloved shows, including the lifestyle and travel program Pasella, the Soccer World Cup and Awards Show, and appearing as a reality star on Strictly Come Dancing and Celebrity Survivor. I’ve also had the honour of serving as both presenter and judge on M-Net’s popular Wedding Bashers.

As a mom of two, I wear many hats. I’m the Founder and Director of Good Clean Beauty Co, distributors of essence and Catrice cosmetics in Australia; the Development Director of Ace Models International; and the Founder of the Women4Women Female Empowerment Organization, where I remain deeply involved in projects that provide life skills and dignity products to underprivileged female communities.

My career has been filled with milestones that I’m proud of — from being nominated as “Most Stylish Woman” at the You Magazine Awards to gracing over 70 magazine covers, securing both local and international modelling endorsements, and publishing my book, Cindy Nell’s Model and Pageant Handbook.

My passion for the beauty industry is rooted in the same mission that guided me during my Miss South Africa journey — to help women everywhere feel empowered, confident, and uplifted. Beauty, for me, has always been about more than appearance; it’s about self-worth, courage, and kindness. I love using my platforms to share my stories and experiences to inspire others to do the same.
